Youth News

Junior EYC continues on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 pm EYC Coordinators Michelle and David Parsons write, "This a Bible-based program with its primary focus on fun and fellowship.  We will continue our study through the Bible with the book of Exodus.   We will have a discussion time which gives everyone an opportunity to share their ideas with others.  We will also take time to play games and do creative projects.  This is a great opportunity for our young people to make friends with others who also have similar Christian values.  In everything we do, there is always the practice of our faith.

Throughout the year the youth will participate in outreach programs where they will donate their time, talents, and/or treasures. Join us each Wednesday in the Parish Hall.  Dinner will be provided."

Senior EYC  continues on Wednesdays, at 6 pm. EYC Coordinator Paul Burgess writes, "I am looking forward to another year of learning about Christ's love for us and how we can have a relationship with Him in today's world. I invite any 9th-12th graders to join us each Wednesday in the Parish Hall. Our first DVD study is Crazy Love by Francis Chan."

Canterbury Program continues on Fridays for McNeese Students under the leadership of Jamie Simon. Lunch is served every Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Jamie writes, "This year we are trying to beef up our Spiritual leadership by offering once again a Bible study on Thursdays.
