The Reverend Andrew Christiansen

Fr. Drew came to St. Michael’s and All Angels in January of 2023. Prior to that, he served as Upper School Chaplain at Ascension Episcopal School in Lafayette, LA from 2021-2022 and youth minister and school chaplain at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Shreveport, LA from 2017-2021 where he met his wife Rachael who teaches pre-school. Fr. Drew holds a Master of Divinity from Bexley-Seabury Seminary and is currently working toward a doctorate in Church History at the Institute of Lutheran Theology.
Fr. Drew enjoys reading, traveling, food, music, classic movies, and spending time with Rachael and their dogs Nelli and Miles and their cat Grit.
Fr. Drew is a member of EFAC-USA (Evangelical Fellowship in the Anglican Communion) which promotes networking, prayer, Bible study, worship, and mutual encouragement in Gospel ministry.
